This website

The site is static. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads. The host, Cloudflare, keeps ordinary server logs. If you email us, we keep the correspondence for as long as the conversation is live.

A twin on a customer floor

Collection is scoped to work and material flow: which station a load reached and when, from cameras the customer already has, scans, tablets and buttons. The design target is that no personal information is collected at all. Where footage is reviewed, it is reviewed to place machines and confirm handoffs, and reviewed regions are recorded. No individual productivity scoring and no face recognition are performed.

Who can reach it

Named roles listed in the order form, on the customer's side and on ours. Access is a revocable capability, not a shared account.

How long it is kept

For the pilot and the retention period agreed in the order form. Footage that was reviewed is deleted after the review unless the order form says otherwise.

Where it is kept

On hardware the customer owns where possible. Where hosting is needed, the recommended region is Hong Kong. A plant in mainland China reads the Chinese notice, which states the cross-border position.

Write to the address on the contact page to ask what is held and to have it corrected or deleted.
