Timeline

What shipped, by date.

Every line is a commit date read from a repository on 2026-09-16. Nothing here is a plan.

  1. The CE node. First commit of the peer-to-peer platform: identity, peer transport, content-addressed blobs, capability chains and an app manager, with an end-to-end deployment.
  2. Job lifecycle. Container-isolated jobs and Ed25519-sealed settlement.
  3. The economy leaves the kernel. Chain and settlement extracted to their own repository; the platform keeps mechanism only.
  4. Twinton. The digital twin, its organisations and its ingest path start as one application: work claims with expiring leases, a hand-off written down.
  5. Architecture measured. What runs where, recorded from a live node; apps supervised through a startup resolver and a deploy proven end to end.
  6. ce-net.com. The public site goes up.
  7. The factory demo. The 3D simulation bundle with logistics, stoppages, repairs, accounting and scenario comparison is released at /demo/, with its evidence page.
  8. The factory agent network. Protocol, signed envelope and reference hub, 48 checks passing. Adversarial review the same day, two critical findings fixed.
  9. This site. Rebuilt as a company site with a pricing page.
