Terms
Last updated 2026-09-16. Company registration is pending; until it completes, the legal party to any pilot is named in the order form you sign, and these terms describe the shape of that agreement.
1. The website
ce-net.com is an information site. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance; a pilot begins with a signed order form. The factory demo is authored geometry with simulated activity and represents no real plant.
2. A pilot
A pilot is a fixed four-week scope on one production area, at the fee stated in the order form, paid before installation. The acceptance numbers, the technical review and the decision date are agreed in writing before work starts. Sensing acceptance, whether an input reports reliably, is assessed separately from business acceptance, whether the loss it exposes was reduced.
3. No guarantee of savings
We do not guarantee an improvement. The pilot report states what was measured, what changed, what did not, and why.
4. Credit against the area service
If the customer continues on the recurring area service within the period stated in the order form, the pilot fee is credited against the first year as the order form states.
5. Data and access
Data collected during a pilot is described in the privacy notice and, for plants in mainland China, the personal information protection notice. Access is limited to the named roles in the order form.
6. Names and references
We do not name a customer anywhere without written agreement.
7. Law and disputes
Governing law and venue are stated in the order form for the legal party that signs it. The parties first try to resolve a dispute by direct discussion.
