Hundreds of printed kits, on time
Your kit has 30 or more printed parts, and the orders say 200 sets. One print farm cannot do it in time, and splitting it by hand means lost parts and mixed colours. We split it across several farms, keep every set together, and you pay one price per set.

Why one farm is not enough
The hours add up. Huey's 37 pieces take about 16 printer-hours a set. 200 sets is 3,200 printer-hours: a 40-printer farm running day and night for more than three days, and nothing else.
Farms are busy in bursts. Good farms run full one week and sit idle the next. The one you picked is full the week you need it.
A set is only done when every part is. 36 of 37 pieces is not a kit. When the work is split, someone has to count every piece, every set.
Priced for our own robot
We asked four print farms, plus our own in Shenzhen, to quote Huey's printed set. The first answer, from a farm in Australia:
- AUD 62.93 a set at 50 sets
- AUD 55.94 a set at 500 sets
- 500 to 600 printer-hours a week free on their side
- 3 more farms on calls this week
Where it stands today, 15 October 2026: quotes and calls, no batch printed across farms yet. Huey's set is the first one we will run this way.
What you get
- One price per set
- Not per gram and not per part. We split the parts by printer, material and colour, and the farms bill us, not you.
- Every file checked before it goes
- Each plate is sliced and checked for the printer it runs on before a farm starts, so a bad file fails here and not on 40 printers.
- A photo of every set
- Each finished set is counted against the parts list and photographed before it ships.
- Farms near your buyers
- Sets for the US printed in the US, for Australia in Australia, when a farm there has room: less shipping, fewer customs forms.
