Which plate for your spool
Bambu sells five build plates, and its slicer will not slice some spools on some of them. It stops with "Plate 1: Engineering Plate does not support filament 1". Pick a spool and see the plates it can go on, and how hot each bed runs.
Find your plateWhat the presets say
PEI takes everything. The smooth and the textured PEI plate accept all 100 filaments.
PLA is off the Engineering Plate. It is one of the 46 the Engineering Plate refuses. The Cool Plate refuses 47, among them ABS, PC and the nylons.
SuperTack is the pickiest. It refuses 51 of 100. Yet it takes PETG at 70 °C, which the plain Cool Plate refuses.
Your spool, five plates
From BambuStudio 02.08.02.61: each filament's @base preset in resources/profiles/BBL/filament, through its inherits chain, for cool_plate_temp, eng_plate_temp, hot_plate_temp, textured_plate_temp and supertack_plate_temp (the keys get_bed_temp_key in PrintConfig.hpp uses for each plate). A 0 there makes Print.cpp stop with "does not support filament". The temperature is the bed after the first layer; the first layer can differ.
What you get

- Or we print it
- On the right plate, in our farms in Shenzhen.
