One board for your small robot
Your robot's brain is a stack: a Pi, a HAT, a buck converter, a servo driver and a nest of jumper wires. Send us the parts list. We design one board that does all of it and fits the space inside your robot.

Why a stack fails in a small robot
It does not fit. A Pi with a HAT is 65 x 56 mm and over 20 mm tall with headers. In a head or a torso shaped by the design, that height decides the shape of the whole robot.
The wires come loose. A walking robot shakes. Jumper wires and header pins between boards are the first thing to drop out, and a dropped servo line means a fall.
Power is an afterthought. Servos pull hard when they start. A small buck module that sags under that load resets the computer in the middle of a step.

The first one is our own
Huey is a small two-legged robot with 15 bus servos. Its old head held a single-board computer and a HAT standing on end. The new head board puts it all on one carrier:
- 61 x 68 mm carrier, lying flat in the printed head
- Radxa CM3 compute module on top, with a heatsink
- 3 A 5 V supply on board (AP63300), sized for the computer under servo load
- Fit measured in the printed head's 3D model before layout started
Where it stands today, 15 October 2026: the schematic is done and the layout is in progress. We will post the first boards here when they are back from the factory.
What you get
- A fit check first
- We put your robot's 3D model and the board outline together before any schematic, so the board is shaped to the space you have.
- Schematic and layout
- KiCad files that are yours to keep: compute, servo bus, IMU, power and the connectors your robot needs, nothing more.
- Boards made and tested
- Made and assembled in Shenzhen. We sit in Huaqiangbei, next to the parts market, so a missing part is a walk, not a week.
- Files for your enclosure
- A STEP model of the finished board, so your printed parts fit it the first time.
