The retraction your spool asks for

Retraction pulls the filament back before a travel move so it does not string. The printer has a default; some spools override it. Pick yours to see which applies.

Work it out

What the presets say

0.8 mm by default. The X1 Carbon profile retracts 0.8 mm at 30 mm/s.

15 spools set their own. PETG Basic, ABS and TPU 95A go to 0.4, PETG Translucent to 0.3.

Wood goes long. SUNLU Wood PLA retracts 4 mm, ASA-Aero 1.5.

Your spool

From BambuStudio 02.08.02.61, its own filament presets for the X1 Carbon with a 0.4 mm nozzle (86 spools, each resolved through its parent presets). Fields: filament_retraction_length (empty = printer default) and the printer retraction_length.
