Every colour change unloads one filament and loads the next. Bambu Studio has a time for each, per printer. Count your changes and see the minutes.

57 s on an X1 Carbon. 29 s to load and 28 to unload, for every change.
The A2L is fastest. 11 s to load and 12 to unload: 23 s.
The A1 mini is slowest. 28 s and 34 s: 62 s a change.
