Does your printer reach its top speed

The top speed is only reached on a line long enough to get there and brake again. Bambu Studio stores each printer's acceleration and top speed. Enter a line length and see the peak.

What the presets say

The H2 printers go to 1000 mm/s. At 20 000 mm/s² they need a 50 mm line to get there and stop again.

The X1 and P1 stop at 500. At the same 20 000 mm/s² they reach it on a 12.5 mm line.

The A1 accelerates slower. The A1 and A2L are set to 12 000 mm/s², the A1 mini to 20 000.

Your printer

From BambuStudio 02.08.02.61, its own printer presets for 14 Bambu Lab printers with a 0.4 mm nozzle, each resolved through its parent presets. Fields: machine_max_speed_x, machine_max_acceleration_x. Peak = the smaller of top speed and √(acceleration × length); jerk and the print profile slow it further.
