ce-net / startup

One founder, a print farm in Shenzhen, and AI that builds real things.

ce-net is a one-founder company from Sweden, working out of a makerspace in Huaqiangbei, Shenzhen. We build tools where an AI agent takes a part from a sentence to a STEP file, slices it and prints it on a farm it watches through the printer cameras; a digital twin of a factory floor from one walkthrough video; and the peer-to-peer compute mesh these tools run on.

Where it stands: the tools are built and in daily use for our own hardware and for first outside print orders. No outside funding, no revenue yet. We are looking for pilot customers and for compute credits to run the AI and simulation work.

The founder

Leif Adamec Rydenfalk

Leif Adamec Rydenfalk

Self-taught systems engineer from Umeå, Sweden. At eleven he asked whether a perfect simulation of reality could change the real world. He decided a one-to-one copy is impossible, and that the next best thing is digital twins of everything, running on a computer network that everyone owns together. That is what he builds.

His first company, Rheo, was a secondhand-goods app and inventory system: a Rust backend, 500,000 lines, one business client with 20 scrapyards. The code was later sold to an AI training company. Since 2025 he has built ce-net, and in 2026 Twinton with five collaborators. In September 2026 he moved the work to Shenzhen to sit next to the factories.

In his words: "I'm not at all motivated by money, I just want to help people. But to help people I need money."

What we build

ce-cad assembly viewer driven by hand gestures

ce-cad

Parametric CAD that an AI agent drives end to end: a description becomes a checked assembly and a STEP file, then a sliced plate on our print farm. Every print is validated against the live machine and watched through its camera.

Twinton factory twin rebuilt from a walkthrough video

Twinton

A browser digital twin of a factory floor, built from walkthrough footage. The pipeline watches the video, finds the machines, places them and keeps the frame each one was seen in.

Our print farm seen through a printer camera

ce-net and the print network

A peer-to-peer compute mesh: every machine is a node, every app registers its services, and capabilities gate every action. It runs our tools today and links print farms and factories on one map.

Leif explains it

What credits would pay for

Model API calls for the CAD and twin agents, physics simulation on GPUs, and hosting for the first paying pilots. Today we pay for all of it ourselves.
