From a sketch to a production line.

Our AI agents design the part, check it against real machines and physics, print and test the prototype, plan the production line down to the cost per unit, and find the factory in Shenzhen. You get the whole chain in two weeks, and your engineers keep the decisions.

Where it stands: the agents have engineered our own products this way, including a walking robot (Microduck) and a cocktail machine, printed on our farm in Shenzhen. This is the first time we offer it to other teams; the first sprints are run with you, step by step.

One sprint, five steps

  1. DesignParametric CAD from your sketch, drawing or existing model, following the datasheets of every bought part.
  2. CheckEvery design goes through validators before anything is made: mesh and CAD checks, printability, PCB design rules, and physics simulation of how it moves and holds.
  3. PrototypePrinted on our farm, each print watched by camera, fitted with the real parts and photographed. Shipped to you.
  4. Production lineA simulated line for your volume: stations, operators, printers or moulds, bottleneck, cost per unit and payback.
  5. FactoryQuotes from factories in Shenzhen for the volume parts, and the parts bought the same day in Huaqiangbei.

Microduck, a walking robot

Designed, checked and printed by the agents: every printed part, 138 screws in 47 bins, a step-by-step assembly book, and a simulated line that plans how many a small farm can make per week.

Production line planner

A/B layouts, operators, printers and costs simulated over weeks, with the bottleneck and cost per unit. Open it.

Engineering sprint

One product or subassembly, two weeks: CAD, checks, a printed and fitted prototype shipped to you, and a production plan with cost per unit.

Scale-up

After the sprint: tooling and factory quotes, a pilot run in Shenzhen, and the line plan updated with real numbers.
