RHEO on ce-net
Used parts and secondhand stock, listed and sold.
RHEO started with one customer: Recopart, whose software runs car dismantling yards across Sweden. A yard pushes its parts to RHEO, RHEO lists them on Tradera, and when one sells the yard's stock goes down by one. The same system takes a secondhand shop's shelf from a photo to a priced listing. On ce-net it goes one step further back and keeps a part's history from raw material to assembly, so the next owner knows what they are buying.
RHEO was built for this from the start: tell it what business you run, and it sets up the inventory, the listings and the sales channels. Foreman, our system of AI agents, does the same for the physical side: it finds suppliers, runs print farms and puts parts together. The two work together.
Car parts · the first customer
A dismantling yard's parts, on Tradera the same hour.
Recopart manages many yards with one API key. Each yard is its own RHEO account with its own Tradera connection and payouts; RHEO bills Recopart once for the whole network. The donor car is a container, and every part taken off it is listed under it, so the yard sees what one car has earned.

The record is the worked example from RHEO's integration guide, written for Recopart; the endpoints and the C# SDK are the ones RHEO ships. RHEO also looks cars up by registration plate (GET /vehicles/lookup?plate=).
Secondhand shops
From a photo of the shelf to a priced listing.
A shop photographs what came in. RHEO's valuation service reads each photo, names the item, writes the listing and estimates a conservative sold price rather than an asking price. When there is a receipt, it reads the receipt and matches it to the item.
The listing goes to RHEO's own marketplace and to the channels the shop already sells on: Tradera today, with eBay and Shopify accounts in the schema. Orders, Stripe and Swish payments, PostNord labels and tracking are part of the same backend.
Shops with several people share one inventory as an organization, with roles. Longer jobs like "sell this whole estate" run on RHEO's workflow engine, which survives restarts and waits for a person where a person must approve.
Every item keeps a history: created, images ready, price changed, listed, sold. It is written once and never edited, and GET /integration/v1/items/{id}/history returns it. That table is where the part's life on ce-net begins.

These are parts of Microduck, a small walking robot we build in Shenzhen. Printed parts came off our print farm; bearings and screws came from Chinese sellers. Every stage says whether a file of ours records it: measured approximate not traced yet planned.

Nobody we buy from names a mine or a mill yet. On ce-net each supplier becomes a node that can add its own stage, signed, to the same history, so the dashed boxes fill in as suppliers join.
The network
Print farms and factories, one shared record of parts.
How it fits together. RHEO holds the item and its history. ce-net carries that history between machines: a farm that prints a part adds a stage, a shop that sells it adds another. When a printed part wears out, the nearest farm on the network prints it again from the same file, and the old one is sold or recycled through RHEO.
What exists and what does not. RHEO's backend, apps, SDKs and docs exist, and Recopart was its first customer; rheo.se is offline tonight while we move it onto ce-net.
